Barbershop-Vintage-Louisville

Fritz’s believes a man deserves a place of his own–reminiscent of the old time barber shop, but providing the highest level of grooming and spa services available.

Fritz’s was established to create an alternative for men’s grooming in Louisville—a place for men who demand more than the corner barbershop or quick service salon can provide, but don’t want the female-oriented experience most professional salons offer.

Named after the founder’s grandfather, a barber in Bellevue, Kentucky, the first Fritz’s opened in 1998 on N. Hurstbourne Parkway. In 2004 Fritz’s was sold to the current Papa and Mama Fritz, Matt and Cindy Cameron. The pair opened a second location on Highway 42 in 2009 and completed the relocation of the original store to S. Hurstbourne Parkway in 2011. An homage to Barber Fritz (shown above) hangs in the shampoo room of our Hurstbourne location.

Fritz’s offers a full line of grooming services for men and boys, plus a full spa offering therapeutic massage, skin care, body waxing and nail care.
